We want your bridal party to look and feel their best, so we offer a 45-day return window for all unworn dresses with tags still attached. Please note that a small restocking fee applies to all returns to help us keep our bridesmaid dresses affordable for everyone.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Choose between a prepaid shipping label to print at home or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at a designated carrier location.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer of your choice.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the authorized shipping center; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
